  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and honey until well combined.
  4. Pour the oatmeal into a serving bowl.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries, raspberries, chopped walnuts, and chia seeds.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired, and serve warm.
