  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
  • 12 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in crushed freeze-dried raspberries until evenly distributed.
  4. Form the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the balls for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
  7. Place dipped truffles back onto parchment paper and refrigerate until the coating is set.
  8. Optionally, garnish each truffle with a fresh raspberry before serving.

Notes

For added texture, sprinkle finely chopped nuts on the truffles immediately after dipping in chocolate.
