This creamy and flavorful Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip combines tangy feta with smooth pumpkin puree, making it a perfect seasonal appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese and pumpkin puree.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, cumin, smoked paprika, and garlic powder to the processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with black pepper or additional lemon juice if desired.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
  6. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle with a little more olive oil and sprinkle some toasted pumpkin seeds on top before serving.
