No-Bake Greek Yogurt Jello Cheesecake

This No-Bake Greek Yogurt Jello Cheesecake is a light, refreshing dessert combining creamy Greek yogurt and colorful fruit-flavored jello in a luscious, easy-to-make cheesecake.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello (any fruit flavor)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold Greek yogurt
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jello powder in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Allow the Jello to cool to room temperature, but not set.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the Greek yogurt to the cream cheese and mix well until combined.
  5. Slowly add the cooled Jello mixture to the cream cheese and yogurt mixture, stirring constantly.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh fruit.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt and allow the Jello to cool completely before mixing to avoid melting the whipped topping. Serve with fresh berries for an added burst of flavor.
