Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted and hot.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the outside is golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a side of garlic mashed potatoes.
