These Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Sliders feature tender, thinly sliced beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted cheese on soft slider buns, making the perfect savory bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: mayonnaise or ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion; sauté until softened and caramelized, about 7-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet and increase heat to high.
  4. Season the ribeye steak slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Quickly cook the steak in batches until just browned, about 1-2 minutes per batch. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  6. Return the peppers and onions to the skillet with the cooked steak, add Worcestershire sauce, and stir to combine for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a baking sheet.
  8. Divide the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the bun bottoms, then top each with a slice of provolone cheese.
  9. Place the tops of the slider buns on and cover loosely with foil.
  10. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through.
  11. Serve warm with optional mayonnaise or ketchup.

Notes

For an extra indulgent touch, add sautéed mushrooms or swap provolone for Cheez Whiz to capture that classic Philly cheesesteak flavor.
