Loaded Big Mac Sliders

These Loaded Big Mac Sliders combine juicy beef patties with classic Big Mac sauce, melted cheese, and crisp toppings served on soft mini buns for a fun and flavorful twist on a fast-food favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices American cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 6 dill pickle slices, quartered
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Big Mac sauce (see below)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Big Mac Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp French dressing
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and shape each into a thin patty slightly larger than the mini buns. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked and browned.
  4. Place a half slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  5. Lightly toast the mini slider buns. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Assemble each slider by layering lettuce, cooked patty with cheese, chopped onions, and pickle slices. Top with the bun’s top half.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra authenticity, toast the buns with a little butter and add an additional slice of cheese if desired. These sliders are perfect for parties and can be paired with crispy fries or a side salad.
