Greek Yogurt Jello Fluff is a light and creamy dessert combining tangy Greek yogurt with fruity jello for a refreshing treat that’s perfect any time of year.

  • 1 package (3 oz) sugar-free flavored gelatin (any flavor)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Stir well until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate the gelatin mixture until it begins to thicken but is not fully set, about 45 minutes.
  4. Gently fold the Greek yogurt into the partially set gelatin until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  6. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For extra texture, add chopped fresh fruit or nuts before chilling. You can also swap whipped topping with freshly whipped cream for a more natural option.
