  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the chicken. Cover and let the cheese melt.
  6. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or with a side of vegetables.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sliced mushrooms or chopped green onions before cooking. Serve with steamed broccoli or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
