Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Cut a slit in the side of each salmon fillet to create a pocket for the stuffing.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet generously with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a fresh lemon wedge and a side of steamed asparagus or a light salad.
