Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad combines sweet grapes, crunchy pecans, and creamy dressing for a refreshing and easy-to-make side dish perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups green grapes, halved
  • 4 cups red grapes, halved
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve both green and red grapes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the halved grapes and gently stir to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Fold in the toasted pecans and crumbled bacon if using.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the salad for at least one hour before serving to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve chilled as a side dish or a light dessert.

Notes

For a nut-free version, omit the pecans and substitute with sunflower seeds or extra bacon for added crunch.
