Cheesy Rotel Sausage Balls

Savory and cheesy Rotel sausage balls are a delicious appetizer or snack combining spicy Rotel, flavorful sausage, and shredded cheese for an irresistible bite.

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, and Bisquick mix.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
