Brussels Sprouts Caesar

A fresh and healthy twist on the classic Caesar salad using shaved Brussels sprouts, tossed in a creamy, tangy dressing and topped with crunchy croutons and Parmesan.

  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly shaved
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim and finely shave the Brussels sprouts using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the shaved Brussels sprouts with the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the Caesar dressing and mix until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Just before serving, add the croutons and toss lightly to combine.
  6. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

For extra flavor, add grilled chicken or crispy bacon bits to turn this salad into a complete meal.
