Homemade Breakfast Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

These Breakfast Pillsbury Crescent Rolls are a quick and delicious morning treat, combining flaky crescent dough with savory breakfast fillings for a perfect start to your day.

  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray, for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together until well combined.
  3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles. Press each triangle into the muffin tin cups, forming a cup.
  5. Distribute cooked sausage evenly into each crescent roll cup.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage in each cup.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each cup.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the eggs are set and crescent rolls are golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before removing from muffin tin. Serve warm.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute sausage with sautéed vegetables like bell peppers and spinach. These rolls can be made ahead and reheated for a quick breakfast.
