Bang Bang Salmon is a flavorful dish featuring crispy salmon fillets tossed in a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin removed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the outside.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  5. Remove salmon from the skillet and place on serving plates.
  6. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over each salmon fillet.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.

For an extra crunch, serve with a side of crispy fried wonton strips or steamed jasmine rice to balance the spicy sauce.
