Bacon Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers

Savor crispy bacon-wrapped grilled cheese fingers that combine gooey melted cheese with smoky bacon for a perfect snack or appetizer.

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice and sprinkle with garlic powder if using.
  3. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of two bread slices, then top with the other two slices, buttered side facing out, forming sandwiches.
  4. Cut each sandwich into four equal fingers (strips).
  5. Wrap each grilled cheese finger tightly with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  6. Place the bacon-wrapped fingers on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from grill, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
